Glen Campbell, the “Rhinestone Cowboy,” announced a few month ago that he has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. This inevitably meant he would do one final album and one final tour.

Check out our reflections on Campbell’s remarkable and consistent career in our latest blog.

While summer is essentially over till next year, now is a wonderful time to begin listening to music in a new way. Fall prompts a time for introspective music (perhaps to complement the weather). We’ve created a playlist of songs from our library perfect for fall. The first track on the list is “Autumn Leaves” by Cannonball Adderly and Miles Davis.

We’ve added tons of new Beatles songs on our app!

iSheetMusic President Matthew Sutton came into contact with Dotan Negrin while at a coffee shop in Boulder, Colorado. Dotan is traveling across the country from New York with his piano, playing it wherever he feels (such as in the linked video where he plays it in a redwood tree in California).

Matthew blogged about their interaction and you can read it on our blog:

The Eagles are often considered one of the “great American bands,” and have rightfully earned that title. Our latest blog takes time to reflect on them from the eyes of a 13 year old seeing them at his first concert.

You can download The Eagles on the iSheetMusic app right now! Including favorites, such as:

  • Take it Easy
  • One of These Nights
  • Desperado
  • Witchy Woman
  • Hotel California

Our latest blog includes a reflection on the music of James Taylor and its ability to span across generations.
Some music means something to a specific era, others mean something to universal human emotions. James Taylor is one of those artists who can be current no matter what time we’re living in.
You can download collections of single pieces of James Taylor’s music on our app! Download the app here!
